nutritional advice

There are many important things to consider when it comes to nutrition. Sometimes small changes can have big impact on many different health conditions. Although it is true that having healthy nutritional habits can help with most health related conditions.

Nutritional Points of Interest

Inflammation

Many health conditions are related to inflammatory mechanisms. Head injuries, arthritis, chronic pain, are just a few conditions that tend to be driving by increased inflammatory pathways in the body. Generally, speaking it's always a great idea to reduce the amount of inflammatory markers created by your body. This can be done both by changing the food you eat as well as with supplementations.

Neurogenisis

Some conditions are dependent on building new pathways. Concussions, TBI, strokes, autoimmune disease all have destructive consequence on our bodies. Supporting the bodies natural mechanism and helping the body to make neuroplastic changes can be extremely helpful for theses conditions. Nutritional changes and supplementation are both great ways to boost your bodies natural mechanisms.

Deficiencies

It's not uncommon for individuals to be suffering from nutritional deficiencies. Depending on the condition you're suffering from and the symptoms you may be experiencing there may be a nutrient your missing in your diet. In certain circumstances it's important to make short term changes and in others you may need to make long term changes to your diet or supplementations.
